Completely renovated and never rented two bedroom two bath unit. Master bedroom is facing the beautiful waters of Panama City Beach. Sitting oceanside, this property offers a very spacious gulf-front balcony that is perfect for enjoying a morning sunrise and an evening sunset. With the panoramic views from this unit you can watch the dolphins right from your balcony with your morning coffee. Just steps away is the glistening sugar white sand that Panama City Beach is known for. Guests at Emerald Isle Resort can also enjoy two resort-style heated pools, large hot tub, fitness room, 24hour security and underground parking. Dining and shopping options are within walking distance. There are four beach chairs, beach wagon, two coolers for the beach. Plus games for the kids. Parking passes and armbands are available at COA office for total of 30.00 per condo. See you on the sand!

The stay was very relaxing and the facility was very nice with the exception of the door which was frequently malfunctioning. Even with a change of batteries it still was difficult to operate.

What a perfect place for a getaway. The condo was beautiful and beach views were stunning! Had everything we needed to stay in all week, and close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants. We could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony- exactly what we wanted and plan to book again soon!

This unit was beautifully decorated, clean and well supplied. Check in was easy, covered parking available and the property manager was super accommodating. We especially enjoyed the huge balcony!

Beautiful vacation rental. The beach chairs and wagon were greatly appreciated and very nice. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated. The only issue we had was check in was at 4pm and apparently the office closes at 4pm so you have to get there before 4pm to get your parking pass for $30 and wrist bands for the pool. We didn't get towed thankfully but it would have been nice to know before we arrived. The owner was very polite and helpful and responded immediately to help. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!!

The place was clean . Good location and a very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. The parking could have been a little better . But other than that we loved and will be back for sure.

Such a nice condo, great location, was very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also had beach chairs and beach wagon. Beds were comfortable. We had a really great experience and will definitely recommend to others.

This condo was perfect for our family. Very spacious, beds were comfy, all updated. The views from this room and balcony were amazing. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed all of it. Was glad it had beach chairs available so we didn’t have to pack our own and also the seating on the balcony was plenty for us.

This property did not disappoint! Super clean, closet was full of everything we needed for the beach (chairs, wagon, towels, ice chest), kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Just know you must park across the street. Use the parking garage to drop your things off. Luggage carts are provided by the elevators. We will book this room again in the future.

The unit was very well furnished with everything you could need. The bedding was wonderful and the balcony was awesome! Everyone enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!

From the original contact with Rodger from the management company to our departure from the condo, our experience was amazing! The complex is in great shape, has excellent amenities (incl a huge hot tub), not to mention covered parking (keep in mind there's a parking fee upon arrival), and is in a great location. The unit itself was very clean and beautiful! The 4th floor is perfect! The unit has everything you need for cooking (even a crock pot)! It has a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig! Having 4 beach chairs, 2 coolers (big & small), and a beach wagon made it that much better of a stay. We enjoyed watching the sunset and eating dinner at the table on the over-sized balcony almost every night of our stay. We couldn't have been more pleased with our time at the beach! We hope to be able to stay at Salty Dreams again one day!

I would highly recommend staying at this location. The room was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and even came with its own beach chairs. The staff was very friendly and always helpful with whatever question we had. Also the gal I booked with was always a text away to answer any questions I had. The location is very low key and relaxing. We enjoyed spending our time on the beach as it was not overly packed and just the right amount of people. Pools were very clean and maintained. Everything pictured is exactly how it is. It is very close to grocery stores and shopping also. We for sure will be back to stay!
