Our room was absolutely perfect in every way. The location, the floor (6th), the furniture, all of the beach toys, the dishes, the mattress was probably my favorite! The decor, etc.

First time staying at Panama City Beach and now I won’t stay anywhere else. Absolutely loved all the building amenities - two gorgeous pools, one with a walk-in area for our youngest grands, plus an outdoor bar and grill area and ice cream stand! The condo we stayed in was super clean and the beds wonderfully comfortable. Over all excellent stay!

Loved this condo. We stay at Emerald Beach every year. My younger boys (10&11) love the pools and the game room with pool, huge chess, checker ping pong etc. My teens love this beach and now that they are 18&29 they love that senor frogs is less than a 5min walk away. We all LOVE the homemade ice cream place across the street (I hate ice cream and love that) the pizza place and sea food boil. You can literally walk everywhere. Walmart and the pier are about a 7 min drive and Diego’s a 5. Now about the condo itself. It’s STUNNING. We walked in and it SMELLED clean. I somehow missed that it had 2 bathrooms so that was a major plus for our family of 6. The balcony is huge and the view incredible. The amount of kitchen utensils and cookware is hands down the best we’ve ever had! An air fryer AND a ninja and a Keurig?! We could not find a strainer but that was fine. There was also spices and hand soap (bottle not bar!!) They had books, beach chairs, starter kit of toiletries, blow dryers, extra drawers, blankets, a FAN! (My perimenopause self was happy) we did run into trouble with the code to both the garage and door not working but they helped get it fixed quickly!
They were great to work with and this is the fist condo we were like yeah. Let’s try to book this one again! We were right off the elevator and have done that before and it was so loud, we do NOT have that problem this time. It was much quieter than normal.
The resort has great amenities, the elevators can run slow but there are tons and usually it runs slow due to people being confused by the different sets. I can’t explain it but if you’ve been there you know. They are easy once you learn them and we’ve never had a problem. 10/10 recommend and I am PICKY.

We’ve stayed in this building many times before in other condos because we love the proximity to the beach, beach views, building amenities and proximity to restaurants. I could not recommend this building more!!! The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Great communication with management company all around. The only negative is the main bed is very very firm and therefore never really got a solid night’s sleep on the whole trip. A mattress topper would make a tremendous difference for this condo comfort. Aside from that, everything was perfect!
